SG Pentathlon Laser Run 2025 National Selection

Laser-Run combines Running and Shooting in fast-paced and dynamic races including four rounds of laser pistol shooting from 10-meter distance and five times 600-meter run. Athletes have to hit a target 5 times before proceeding to run. The total number of hits is 20 and the total running distance is 3,000 meters. 

For SEA Games 2025, Laser Run discipline will be in all the medal events (Laser Run, Triathle and Obstacle+Laser Run), with total 6 medal events being contested:
  1) Laser Run: Individual (Men)
  2) Laser Run: Individual (Women)
  3) Obstacle + Laser Run: Individual (Men)
  4) Obstacle + Laser Run: Individual (Women)
  5) Triathle: Individual (Men)
  6) Triathle: Individual (Women)

ACCREDITATION PROCESS

The accreditation process will start at 8:00 am on 13th April 2025 at the event venue only.  Athletes will be provided the Race Bib for the event.  All Participants must claim their own Race Bib - friends and family will not be allowed to claim your Race Bib.
